How It Works
At our online store, we offer a unique selection of one-off creations that belong to numbered limited edition collections. Please note that items in this category are not eligible for refunds. However, if you have purchased an un-numbered, non-limited edition item, you may be able to exchange it within 14 days of purchase by following these steps:
- Email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and let us know the reason for your return.
- Once you have obtained your RMA number, please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it.
- Package it carefully, including the dust bag and delivery note, and make sure everything is waterproofed.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the product and choosing a suitable return method. Please include online tracking for your return.
Please be aware that bespoke products that have been made to order are not eligible for refunds.
Additionally, exchanged items can only be sent out once the returned goods have passed a quality control check.
The availability of exchanged items is subject to product availability.
